Commissions

The commission we charge for each transaction are a predefined percentage that applies equally to all users and to each individual transaction. This ensures transparency, predictability of costs and equal treatment of all users.

This amount covers the operational costs of maintaining the infrastructure, security systems, technical support, and administrative and regulatory obligations related to the provision of the service. The fee is clearly defined and is visible to the user before the transaction is confirmed, and is applied automatically at the time of the transaction. By confirming the transaction, the user gives consent and accepts the offer displayed on the screen (exchange rate, fee, fixed cost and total exchange rate, amount of the selected cryptocurrency and amount of funds).
