This reduces the legal uncertainty around different types of coins. <\/p>

In Europe, Markets in Crypto-Assets<\/span><\/span>, known as MiCA, is in effect. It sets the rules for crypto service providers and stablecoin issuers, including capital requirements and user protection. Other regions are also developing similar frameworks, adapted to their own financial systems. <\/p>
